Who you are dealing with
These terms govern the use of https://nirwangoel.com/ and any purchase made on it. The site is operated by Nirwan Goel. GST registration: not registered.
Using the site, and in particular paying for anything on it, means accepting these terms as they stand on the day of that use.
What is sold here, and what is not
What is sold on this site is software listed under Builds and digital guides, templates or tools marked Paid under Resources.
Legal services are not sold through this site. No fee for legal advice, drafting, opinion, appearance or representation is taken through any payment button here, and no payment made on this site engages the site owner as an advocate or creates an advocate-client relationship.
The site owner is an advocate, and a legal consultation can be requested by appointment. Any engagement that follows is agreed separately, in writing and on its own terms, as the Disclaimer page explains.
Prices
Prices are shown on each saleable build or resource page in the currency stated there, and are inclusive of taxes. The price that applies is the one shown on that page at the moment the payment is started. Prices can change, but a change never applies to a payment already made.
How a purchase works
Pressing a buy button asks this site to create an order. The amount is read from the build or resource record on the server; it is never taken from your browser, so it cannot be altered before it is charged.
Payment itself happens in a window served by Razorpay. When it completes, Razorpay returns a signed result which this site verifies cryptographically before it accepts that anything was paid. An unsigned or mismatched result is refused and recorded as nothing.
On success you are shown a payment reference. Keep it. It is the single identifier that lets any later question about the payment be answered quickly.
There is no cart and no account. One item, one payment.
Delivery
Everything sold here is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are sent. Delivery is immediately on screen and by email through a seven-day access link.
A paid resource is unlocked immediately after verification and the same signed access link is emailed to the address supplied at checkout. That link remains valid for seven days. Free resources require no payment or account.
If a payment succeeds and nothing arrives, write to hello@nirwangoel.com with the payment reference and it will be sorted out.
What you may do with what you buy
Buying a build or resource grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes, personal or internal-business. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Unless the item's own page says otherwise, you may not resell it, redistribute it, sublicense it, publish it, or present it as your own work. Source or editable files are included only where that page says they are.
What is not promised
Builds and resources are supplied as they are. They are not warranted to be free of defects, to be uninterrupted, or to be fit for a purpose you have not described. Check that an item suits your circumstances before buying it; ask first if you are unsure.
Nothing produced by any software listed here is legal advice, whatever the subject matter of that software. A tool that computes or converts something is a tool. It is not an opinion, and it must not be relied on as one.
Limits on liability
To the extent Indian law permits it, liability arising out of a purchased item or this site is limited to the amount actually paid for that item. Indirect and consequential losses — lost profit, lost data, lost opportunity — are excluded. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into this site, disrupt it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to do anything unlawful. Do not attempt payment with an instrument you are not entitled to use.

Booking a time
This site offers a way to book a time to talk, through a button in the page header and again on the contact page and the home page. All three open the same scheduling window, which is operated by Cal.com.
A booking may be about a legal matter or about the software listed under Builds. It is a request for a conversation, made at your own initiative. No fee is taken for a booking through this site, and booking or attending a first conversation does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship.
An advocate-client relationship begins only when the site owner has agreed in writing to act for you, after checking for any conflict of interest, and on terms agreed at that time — including any fee. Until then, please do not send confidential documents or details beyond a short outline of the question.
A booked time can be cancelled or moved by either side through the link in the confirmation email. Please do that rather than not turning up.
Third parties
Payments run through Razorpay, and scheduling runs through Cal.com. Each is a separate company with its own terms, which govern its own part of what happens. Anything you type into a Razorpay checkout window or a Cal.com booking window goes to that company under its policy, not under these terms. A failure of a third-party service is not within this site's control, though anything paid and undelivered because of one will still be put right.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The revision date is printed at the top of this page, and the terms that govern a purchase are the ones published when that purchase was made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
